INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION FOR PROFFESSIONALS
I like tackling problems in two different approaches in which am best. Both ways work nicely, and it’s just a matter of which way suits which problem better.
The one or two problem-solving or creativity areas in which I need more improvement are:
When I look at a problem, it may seem simple, but without deep understanding of the complexity of the problem. I sometimes jump into making decision without careful analysis of the different possible sequences of action and finally choosing the best resolution for execution. This impulsive behavior is unnecessary and may often lead to lack of amicable solutions for problems that would have otherwise been easier to handle had they been done in the right manner and within the confines of the complexity of the case scenario.
If I did only one thing to improve in this area, it would be:
If analysis of the problem is done well without jumping into conclusion, sound decisions will be made. This is because solutions for our problems can be found if we approach the problems with the right attitude. Careful and calculative analysis is what is required for such a scenario.
Making this change would probably result in:
Making this change may result in the following: the making of sound decisions during instances when one is faced with problems. A mutual relationship between us will exist, and it will cut off unnecessary expenditure and will lead to reduced distress and guilt among individuals
If I did not change or improve in this area, it would probably affect my personal and professional life in the following ways:
It will affect my personal and occupational life negatively as follows as this may be evident in compromised scenarios, especially during the process of decision making as the impulsiveness of my decisions may be evident of the decisions undertaken. This may lead to the underachievement of career goals as they may not be attained especially as a cause effect of rash decisions that may have dire consequences on the professional aspects of life. Consequentially, I may want to do what I like at the expense of others, and this will affect my relationship with them. It could also result in distress and guilt which could be detrimental to my health. Finally, it may lead to increased unnecessary financial costs which will otherwise not incurred if right decisions were made.
