The purpose of a pen is used to apply ink on a surface such as paper for writing or drawing with different types like ink pen, ballpen, mechanical pen, and fountain pen and many colors . For many, a pen is just a simple instrument in writing. In a deep sense, for me a pen is a helpful tool for a person with an artistic mind and heart. It can contribute changes in the outlook of life through writing. It is everything because I considered a pen as my life and my friend. Every word I write touches my soul and leaves a mark that remains forever. Without a pen, authors, writers, or artists are nothing, for them a pen is a friend that comforts anytime. My day is not complete without my pen with me. Others say that a pen help a writer bring about happy resolution in times of bad moments and improve their mental health . A pen influences the emotional condition of a person; however, it is a simple tool in writing because it helps a person's life lighter in sadness, it adds color in life, and it creates wonder beyond a human's imagination through writing or drawing.
A pen is a significant tool in writing because it helps a person's life lighter during sadness. A sad person can pour his anger and disappoint into writing using his pen. A study has shown that an expressive writing can heal a person’s body and soul. It only implies that the power of the pen is wonderful. Using a pen, when you write regularly you feel better, mentally and physically. My pen was my confidant since I was a child. I used to draw my favorite doll and write my favorite poem. A poem that touched my inner spirit, opened my eyes, and left an unforgettable memory. With my pen, my vision never ceased to reach and see the desired happiness when I was young. When I reached the point of being in love for the first time, my pen was by my side while writing love letters until we broke up with my first boyfriend. When I was heart-broken, I started to write sad poems. Even at times of pain I never stopped my passion in writing and my pen, my confidant never abandoned me. Aside from the sad thoughts poured into writing, I still have the courage to inspire myself that tomorrow will be brighter day and fell in love again. Using my pen, I wrote inspiring love notes for myself. When I got married with my husband and my one true love, my life was full of wonderful moments. I was more inspired to write love letters, poems, and quotes. My whole life was influenced with my pen in expressing my feelings. My pen was the only instrument that inspired me to pour everything. I thought that the life I have together with my husband was unending. After many years together, my thoughtful and loving husband passed away. I felt like I also lost myself and my entire world has fallen into pieces. However, I realized that life must go on, and then I decided to divert myself in writing things to cope with my sadness. I poured my saddest feeling of grief into writing. I felt like my pen comforted me while I was alone and it also motivated me to write all the happy memories of my husband when he was still alive. My grief strengthened myself and I remained strong for my family. It made me feel happy and kept me strong when I wrote using my pen.
My pen adds color in my life; I love to draw different things that relate to life. I love to draw flowers, animals, and even cartoon characters using a pen. I had this unforgettable experience when I drew a cartoon character for my son using a pen on his second grade activity. The activity was about “My Mother, My Artist.” My son brought the drawing in school and showed it to his classmates and teachers. After three days, my son’s adviser requested me to visit her for a very important matter. I was wondering why I received an invitation. I met the teacher and she requested me to be one of the judges in a drawing competition. I was surprised, at first I refused, but with my son’s request my heart melted I accepted the request and the day ended fruitful and I felt so proud for myself and especially for my son. I would say that when I started to draw with my pen on my hand, I felt renewed and happy. I also love to write poems about love and friendship. The poems I wrote are my inspiration and motivation. I have a friend since childhood that I always write her a poem every year, during her natal day. She always expects me to write her a poem and I thank her as a friend. The most exciting part is when she gives me a present, as well. Every year, during her birthday, she never forgets to give me a pen, my favorite gift of all time. In addition, my pen inspired me to write the most wonderful thing that happened in my life especially when my only son was born. I wrote a poem for my son entitled, “My Little One.” When I wrote the poem, I was crying with joy and thanking the Almighty for the gift He has given us. Until now, the letter is on my keepsake and I treasure it forever. I even asked myself, “What will I become without my pen?” I will not stop to thank my pen for being there with me every moment of my life. Through my pen, I inspired others when they read my creations. Every time my family and friends read my poems, they are happy. Some of my friends were influenced to write and they started to write their happy experiences in short written notes using their pens. Using a pen in writing never harmed a person, instead the experience brightened their moods and they interacted positively.
The most important reason why my pen is a useful tool in writing or drawing is that it creates wonder beyond a human's imagination. Using a pen, the world becomes magical; it changes everything by a single stroke in drawing, a single statement in writing .
When you write you can imagine everything like reaching the mysterious beyond and live forever. The power of a pen is mysterious to one’s life because it helps you to write the things you can ever imagine. For example, you can write about yourself being the smallest person who is living in a very small house as small as a dust. It is very interesting to write such imagination and think what life can be if it happens. You can travel places using a pen when you write or draw and have the happiest adventure in life. You can be in the deepest part of the sea or in space when you write using a pen. It only shows how powerful a pen is. The power of the pen and the power of a human mind blend as one and create the essence of wondrous thing in the world. It is a never ending journey of life and happiness. The human imagination is possible when a person starts to write his thoughts and capture the most wonderful event of his life.
A pen when it is used in writing, or drawing, it influences the emotional condition of a person. Whether you are sad, confused, or happy, you can write it through your pen. You can write the deepest thoughts you have and you can reach the unreachable end you can ever imagine. I agree that a pen is a significant tool in writing or drawing and it helps an artist to pour his thoughts and imaginations that can create wonderful things through his pen. Life is just temporary, however, using a pen you can be a legend. You can leave memories in poems and images using a pen. Write your ideas as your life and be remembered by everyone. Life is incomplete for someone who depends on this simple tool; however, this tool creates life. Personally, I would say that I am incomplete without my pen. It helps me express my feelings whether I am sad or happy. My life is full of colors and my pen adds more color to pour my thoughts and imaginations when I put it into writing or drawing and everything is perfect. I would say that a pen is the armor of a strong person with a soft heart. When you write or draw, you change the meaning of life. A writer never forces himself to write to find the hidden meaning of sufferings only. He writes because writing is his passion and his pen is his only confidant to achieve the life he wants to be. A person with an artistic mind and heart never fails himself and other people. A pen can influence every feeling a person has. Yes, a pen is just a simple tool but it is useful tool to express the biggest part of a person’s sadness, happiness, and imagination. The power of a pen can never be compared to anything big in this world when you write the smallest or biggest thoughts in mind. Through your pen, you can change the saddest thing in the world to happiness and add color to brighten your day. I believe that a pen can shake a mountain beyond your imagination.
