Race is something us human being made up when we felt our way of life was being threatened. We looked at other people who looked, acted, spoke, ate and live differently from the way we do things. This brought the emergence of a social problem called racism. The white people were considered to be superior because of what they portrayed to the other people. The fact that they looked at them and felt threatened made them want to product themselves and being the dominant people in that specific region. Power is known to be the cause of many conflicts being ideologically or physically. The essence of a person who has particular characteristic being considered superior over the other made them seem invincible to all what they had to offer. This in essence created discrimination to ensure control of this power. People are known to have certain characteristic that make them who they are and their need to be recognized in society. The essence of being white has made them feel superior by the fact they controlled major things in the society and they were considered the law. The essence of then being in law made them control everything hence the essence of them being invisible to the black people.
Prejudicial attitudes do not necessarily result in segragation behavior has negative outcomes. Such unconscious behaviors result in the direct manner of which the environment becomes racially hostile. Subtle prejudice can be described as this phenomenon as a set of often unknown behaviors that are preset to a person in the unconscious mind that they do not even know. These are the behaviors of members of the group toward members of the other group. The members of the in group face an internal conflict. This ends up resulting from the disconnect between way the society condemns racism and the way racism is still very prevalent. People’s intentions may be good. Their inhuman racial discrimination may be constant. And ambivalent. Intentional, explicit Discrimination
An early leader in the social science analysis of prejudice and discrimination, came up and showcased the very ways in which a person starts behaving in a negative front against the human act of oneness. This is where the discrimination comes out natural because the person wants to frustrate the people of other races. This is a very passionate form of discrimination because it comes from a person who just wants to discriminate other. Hence in a society were the racial from of discrimination is not dealt with in the best manner possible we can expect discord and misappropriation of fairness and justice especially to the minority.
The black people were taken advantage and oppressed until, they became the sign of that made the juniors to the whites. The black people didn’t have a say in anything they were like a pet that as no say. The fact that they were being seen always made them be the servants but the white were invisible to the way they constructed their things. The ideology and mindset of a black person and a white person was very different. Each of them believed different things that made them known as the people who were oppressed. The psychological aspect of being black and white played a big role in the essence of being superior and junior of each race. The fact that you were born of a particular race meant that you follow certain ways of life and believe certain mindsets that have been handed down from generation to generation about your race. It was either the master mentality in which the white men adopted this and considered themselves superior. The black people were adapting a belief then that they were junior’s servants to other races. This belief system had been entrenched in them so much that when they were asked why they believed what they believed they had no specific reason for this. People have been known to deal with many things and this has lead them to become who they were then.
In conclusion, the issue of the white race being considered invisible is a matter of perception and the beliefs of the society. Social values have ensured a high level of compatibility and continuity. The supreme rule of the Constitution and other values: These make up the base value system acceptable to everyone. They surpass what the government has to offer, religion, class and ethnicity. This is a set of beliefs ensures social cohesion and the unity of the nation is maintained. Despite acceptance of immigrants in the nation, these beliefs do not waver well with other parties. People will always consider themselves superior and invisible if they do not change what they believe to come to see the reality on the ground and accept it for what it offers them.
