The war is the bitterest reality of human history, and it happens for a reason. The war always has a vision as any constructive initiative does so war forms a mega event that does not happen without a reason. The Americans indulged themselves into the war because they wanted the French supremacy to end in the region of Vietnam and the military overthrew civilian government in order to form temporary martial establishment. The governments kept on changing, but the Americans cannot drive the French system away from the region. The Northern Vietnam grew pro-Americanization in its ranks with the passage of time. However, Southern half of the country did not take Americanization as warmly as the foreigners had expected. The South developed a hatred for the Americans, and the natives wanted their land to remain reserved for locals only. The Americans needed to eliminate residual presence of the French system from the region, and therefore, they used a firmer hand in order to defeat the south because otherwise communal trends would have remained significant in the region in the present as well.
The Americans considered southern residents as supporters of the French, and they hated them for that. At the same time, southern citizens treated American forces as a threat to their independence, and because of this reason, they hated them as well. The mutual hate caused the conflict to escalate even further. The Americans did not have any right to intervene into the internal affairs of the country, but they did so in order to drive the French forces away. The America fought a war of others just to face notable military losses and gathered latent victory.
