The roles of Women in a Family as mans best Companion
Women have important roles to fulfill in their families. Their duties have been greatly influenced by culture, myth and society standards. Today, their roles have evolved into a range of responsibilities. From the past, women have been at the forefront working alongside their male counterparts as they perform the housework and take care of their children. In fact, women in the recent days have worked hard to not only do works previously defined for them but have gone further to perform duties that people believe is meant for men. The idea that women can only perform housework while men are breadwinners for their families has been gradually wiped out as women take up their role as mans best companion in different spheres of life.
In today’s society, Women roles ranges from taking good care of the bigger family to the broader duty of serving as man’s best companion. Factors like education, social history, parental responsibility, employment, divorce, social changes and family roles are responsible for the ever-changing roles of women in their families today(Maul, 2007). In my opinion serves as man’s best companion as she complement man’s efforts in their day-to-day living. God in his divine wisdom made women to posses the explicit ability to carry man’s seed and bear children, a role that makes them unique in the human race. This duty extends further as they work alongside their male counterparts to ensure proper upbringing of their children to fit into the society. Here they together teach the young ones positive values such as diligence, love and hard work.
In the recent times, the world has realized great revolutions with regard to the cultural and social structures (Barrett and Ken 2009). Women are gradually taking new roles some of as they work alongside their men to provide for the family. In such cases the men have been relieved off the burden that they had to carry alone in the past, making women the best men companions. Women great role as mans best companion has gone beyond their homes into the corporate world where they have not only taken up top corporate and government jobs but also gone further to demonstrate high standards of professionalism as they support their male counterparts. Before this evolution, women were thought to be weak and academically unfit who could only serve as wives and mothers only.
In conclusion, women are best men companion because they give forth to children who ensure the continuity of the man’s generation. Children born of certain family are said to fall within the father’s bloodline, giving the reason shy they are named after the father. Following this, it is clear that a woman serves to ensure man’s generation does not become extinct, making her man’s best companion.
