The Sacred Within
In this paperwork, I am going to describe my understanding of spirituality that expresses the sacred within; discussing how the use of solitude, silence, imagination, and nature contribute to a sense of reverence for one’s own spirituality.
In cases of demise, loss, times of emotional stress, or mental stress; the presence of spirituality plays a significant role in providing answers to these lots, thus, creating a quick recovery for the existence of a healthier society. According to my understanding, spirituality creates a stable relationship between us and something larger. With the aid of the sacred within, it becomes possible to institute the right relationship with our neighbors’, hence living a holy life. We become harmless towards all living beings, whereby, every person develops an understanding of their communal interdependence. A society that is living harmoniously has slight or no cases of crime, hence establishing both a safe and a secure environment for the survival of a healthy community.
The term, spirituality, as depicted in my paperwork, is living meaning that it must have something in it that is keeping it alive. According to my understanding, the heart and the soul of spirituality is the sacred- the sacred keeps the spirituality living. Experts argue that the sacred is comparable to higher powers or celestial beings, and inspiring truth. Through a literature review, it is, therefore, important to understand that the terms, spirituality and sacred, cannot be separated- they must be compatible. It is important to note that spirituality is not the same as religion.
A person develops an understanding of a transcendental aspect of survival and a budding connectedness in regards to others personality, continuation and nature. According to my stand, if everyone took part in upholding his or her sacred within, we would be building up a generation that is safe for all people. It is important to note that the being level, as depicted by experts, is one of the distinctive levels that make up the human beings by defining who we are. Research has it that a solitude setting have to be established for an individual to attain sacred and deeper kinds of silence within naturalistic. From the reading, silence is depicted to exist as a procedure of customary and spiritual practices and conviction, as well as the intrapersonal aspects of holiness. When it comes to spirit and nature; as the components of the universe, nature is discussed as everything separate from the inner being. Some experts argue that spirituality has to be born in a person and develop in the person’s life, hence making him or her pure. According to my stand, being born from a holy family creates a perfect environment for one being spiritually pure and growing up in a sacred environment makes one consecrated. The sacred within ourselves, helps us to compare ourselves with greatness- we end up comparing ourselves to impressive things that are superior to our survival, as a result of the power of imagination. We create a mental picture of the presence of a supreme being or the existence of another life after passing away. We have also learned that spirituality prepares one in time of hardship, by providing answers to those undergoing unpleasant time.
It is, therefore, next to impossible to exist without it-spirituality. You get to know yourself best, whereby; you get the control to be familiar with your factual nature. It is important to note that the body requires physical training so as to keep it healthy, but it is also important to note that a healthy spirit too demands its nourishment.
