According to the case study, the couple had to pass on 7 different departments to complete their delivery case, not every department of the Hospital treated the patient in a perfect manner. The hospital has 7 different departments, and a patient who is new in the hospital has to move from all of these 7 departments to get the right treatment at the right time. It starts from Reception and end on the nesting a long and heart throbbing process in total.
