The recession of the previous years encompassing most of the month of 2009 and 2010 have made the investment a hard decision for the funding of projects, new and existing both. Peculiarly, the funding with adequate capital for the establishments of small business are considerably reluctant by investors because of limited chances of profit and fostering of capital. Even the banks in recent times are highly considerate to lend funds for investment in small business, under the impression of the after effects of a recession. Meanwhile, the venture capitalists and NGO investors are also reserved for investments in small business establishments with concerns of the raging volatility that raises the chances of risk in small business investment. Thus, keeping in view the illustrated conditions, it is essential to meet up the concerns of the investors to secure the investor confidence for the rate of return and profit to restore the commitment. The purpose is to secure reliance of investors for acquisitions, lending of funds for the establishment and investment in small businesses, as well. Herein, the study aims to investigate over the features that create reluctancy by investors to finance small business operations and establishments. In addition, added support with the execution of evidence-based practice will also be explored to attain a viable solution of the issue.
The term evidence based practice is used in a number of ways to depict the modifications, suggested with retrieved information from various sources. The term aims to propose research aided practice, to cultivate a solution in terms of best practice of the subject, in the amalgamation with the available information and knowledge. The understanding of the term with efficient utilisation aims to enhance learning with supportive resources and publications for the purpose of a resolution of issues in a broad spectrum. In particular, the term was introduced in the medical industry for the promotion of treatments, remedies and precautions, etc. However, the efficacy of the element has established its benefits over a wide array and the same is being utilized in numerous programs apart from medical workshops and researches. The efficacy of the term from the financial aspect can be monitored from the fact that a Financial Year 2014 budget message President Obama pondered over the evidence and evaluation of the smartest investment with the taxpayer dollars. Through the support of the administration's commitment that assure evidence based policy reforms. As he called for:
The presented study aims to investigate the feasibility of evidence based practice for measurement of the fundamentals of investing, with an aim to recover investors confidence for funding small scale business. The purpose is the instigation of quality performance of small scale business for sustainability and improvement of conduct through rules, regulations and policies, etc. An overview of literary arguments to employ the supportive features of evidence based practices for the investigation of the issue that is the investment reluctance of investors in small scale business can be evaluated with the support of evidence based investigation, to introduce affirmation and win the confidence for funding. The agenda is to present a theoretical model of the implementation of evidence based practice with an aim to investigate the professional challenges and concerns of the stakeholders with relevant solutions by utilizing the experts opinion and evidence-based practice.
The implementation of evidence based practice is widely accepted and appreciated for incubation of resources in the domains of ecological, economic, social and commercial aspects. Hence forth, modifications over the fundamental principle of small scale business investment and operation can also be benefited to win the confidence of investors and inhibit positive outcome from evidence-based practices.
The concept can be presented with the demonstration of Lowi theory that presented the impression of the growth of a liberal state aligned with the autonomous cycle disregarding the systematic development of resources and structures. Hence, to overcome the enacted loopholes of organisational flaws and efficient growth of state with responsible delegation of tasks and responsibilities, the element of self-analysis to comprehend best practices is essential. This theory of refining the organisational function with administrative hold can be utilised as the supporting element for the imposition of evidence based practices in the spheres of life. Thus, such an implementation of evidence based practice has the potential to secure a state from what Lowi defined as "clientelism" that is hold of interest groups on the machinery of government or an organisation / sector. Hence, best practices with the trick can be imported in the spectrum of finance and investment, to secure the interests of the economy.
An in-depth review of the development of evidence based practices determines the fact that the scientific support for evaluation is necessary to bring sustainable improvements in the system of ecological, economic, social and commercial aspects through rectified and modified principles. Therefore, the introduction of evidence based practice with evidence based policy reforms can greatly attribute in the performance modification of the field of investigation. The very concern of the investigation and administrative attributes can be considered for modification with the support of evidence based practice.
The system can be of considerable assistance in sorting out the quality amendments and determinants in the domains of trade and commerce. The implementation over the broad spectrum of big scale has already been employed over the financial aspect on a national level by the practitioners as illustrated with the example of a statement by President Osama. Therefore, support can be acquired by taking the clinical reviews of the reason behind the limited support/funding of investment of small scale businesses. The purpose of the development and implementation of such evidence based practice aimed to improve the quality of the service sector in the domains of trade and commerce, which can bring substantial improvement in the economy of a country.
The scope of the research and the agenda of the concern is the prime feature to be considered for utilization of evidence based practice beyond healthcare industry. Moreover, the mode of dissemination of the accumulated evidences for subject investigation and review before implementation is essential to support the efficient imposition of the model. The development and implementation of a simple and comprehensive model that can support authentic research and based on evidence based practice is the fundamental need of the model.
The sensitivity of the implementation of evidence based practice is critical to the development of the country and the associated economic, social and political factors. Therefore, to overcome the concerned risk of transformation of knowledge to policy, the impact of the modifications of the above factors should necessarily be investigated. The referred evaluation point to the variability of interconnected factors encompassing an innovation oriented approach. Therefore, the need of an implementation of refined practices to study the impact on the chain of the interconnected factors is the dire need of the system. The other most important concern is that of the feasibility and practicality of the modifications made in policy reform under the influence of the suggestions found with evidence based practice. It is very much possible that the solution could be a way out for certain obvious problems but the practicality and feasibility of implementation could compromise the other dormant elements. Such an influence should be filtered with the framework or else the result may end into an inefficient and impractical framework that is more theoretical than practical. Meanwhile the constructivism and optimism of evidence based practice are necessary to be investigated for the purpose of deter, mination of new policies under the realistic approach.
Precisely, the strategic approach to take hold over the performance can be refined with the support of a trusted and sustainable machinery of evidence based practice. The concentration on following concerns could assist in this regard:
- Determination of the scope of evidence based practice is essential to be focused with the purpose and aim of the investigation, according to the priority and nature of the evidence. Meanwhile, the arrangement of information/knowledge, the development of process to attain the result of evidence based practice, the integration of evidence and the policy and reform should all be integrated into a single but a comprehensive implementation model.
- The appropriate framework with an approach of knowledge to information, with a spotlight over the treatments and repercussions of modifications to be implied under the influence of an evidence-based practice is an important concern. It refers to the subsequent impact of modifications made on policies and reforms under the impression of evidence based practice on other relevant systems. Hence, a series of analysis to evaluate the impact on relevant systems and procedures the implementation plan should necessarily be part of the research. Therefore, it is an essential element to ensure post adoption effects of the implementation under the impact of evidence based practice.
