Originality involves art work that is done by a respective artist. Reception illustrates how art work can be related to modern world and lastly re-contextualization involves the rearranging of art work to make it modern hence making it more creative. It is these three factors that will be used in the analysis of the articles below.
The first article by the name expanded kind of field of landscape by an author called Elizabeth Meyer shows the history of art in summary form. However, originality of the article is present by the use of illustrations and graphs. Also, the lack of citations of citations and in the article makes originality difficult to determine (Meyer, 44). Moreover, reception of the article is not clear since relating it to modern world affairs is hard. Lastly, re-contextualization of the article can be done by the author using modern architecture designs and more situations in the text.
In addition, the article named scales of the unpredictability of art by an author called Anita Berrizbeitia and also the article called architecture in modern ground can be criticized on several grounds. First, the aspect of originality in both articles is not clear since the lack of situations, illustrations and references makes the originality to be questioned. In addition, reception of the article is certain by since the second article has a modern point of view of art (Berrizbeitia, 12). Lastly, re-contextualization of the articles in reference to citations and a more use of elements of art can make both articles have a new meaning as well as making them have a modern view.
Lastly, the article by the name architecture of landscape in a postmodern form of ground was written by Elizabeth Meyer. It can be criticized on several areas. First, originality of the article is questionable due to lack of citations in the text. Although there are references at the last page, they should be included in the text. Adding to the above, reception of the article is difficult since relating the ideas in the work to modern world activities in the field of art is hard. Finally, re contextualization can be done by the introduction of technology in the article in order for it to be up to date.
In conclusion, all the articles above have a link since the first article shows a history of architecture while the other two give a modern view of architecture. Therefore, artists should strive to make their work original as well as be more receptive and lastly keep constantly re-contextualization their work.
