Our project scope is the implementation of the Time off Request System to the existing site of VIH Aerospace to improve response times and track holiday request. Our project has the following milestones:

The Work Breakdown Structure and the schedule baseline are related and depend on of each derivable of the project. The execution of tour project requires progress logic, and the project manager uses a Change Management Plant and a Communication Management Plant to guarantee a smooth advance of the project avoiding errors and miscommunications, considering the contributions of all the members of the crew.
All the stakeholders of our project: project manager, programmer, and sponsors have a participation in the quality management plan of the project. The quality consists in the comparison of the standards and project plan with the current advance and results of the project. The sponsors have the responsibility to approve all the project standards. The project manager for the implementation of the quality management plan and the project team to the execution and control of all the steps of the project.
The advance of the project depends on of effective communication between the sponsors, project manager and members of the team. The meetings, electronic mail, and informal communication have each one advantage to the development of the project. For the management of the project, it is recommended the use of the software Microsoft Project 2013, starting with the definition of the Work Breakdown Structure, responsible, required resources, and the Gantt.
The project brings intrinsic risks; those risks must be managed using a methodology or a Risk Management Plan. All risks must be identified, determine the threats and possible solutions for each risk, inform to the sponsor and make the necessary adjustments.
