The training also helps the organization’s management to identify the kind of employees that would help achieve and maintain the vision and organizational culture.
Impact on liability
Liability is the negative impact an organization experiences either financially or in terms of human resources. Employees could be liabilities if they cannot improve the organization yet get paid for their unproductiveness. Training on law enforcement would be instrumental on reducing liability to the organization.
Training focus on law enforcement would teach employees the measure against them if they turned into liabilities for the company. Once employees are aware of what is expected of them by the law, they are likely to respond and work efficiently. This could be because they do not want any legal steps taken against them or they are after recognition by the organization they work.
Training managers and supervisors on leadership would also help enhance law enforcement which would reduce liability through incompetence. The leaders would be able to provide accurate and precise guidance to other employees hence; the organization would not experience human resource liability.
