Management is basically a synergy of four different things, which particularly are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. There are numerous fields which specifically come under the umbrella of management and among them; the name of Strategic Management is one of them, which has its own recognition and importance. Strategic Management usually has number of things in particular and all of the elements are effective in terms of utilizing and implementing a certain thing . Leadership and management is one of the basic concepts come under the ambit of Strategic Management. Strategic Force is also important to analyze the competency level of a person with the help of its six different elements which are:

- Strategy;
- Culture;
- Structure;
- Technology;
- Leadership;
The main perspective of this assignment is to analyze the level of competency of two different individuals with the help of these six elements. The names of the incumbents are J.B Davison and Jerry Popovich. Both of the individuals are highly qualified and extremely fit for the job of a principle. Both of the candidates which have been identified in the section are highly qualified and it is not easy to select a single one and it is vital to apply the above strategic management elements on them.

J.B Davison and Jerry Popovich are the two candidates which have been taken into account. Both of the candidates can be differentiated with each other in terms of Technological efficiency and leadership gaining. Davison would be good in leading the school, but Jerry is more technological efficient which is now become an integral part of the society
What explains the Difference between Them?
Davison used to adopt the same traditional academic skills in the school, while Jerry Popvich would assist them more practically than Davison.
Recommendations
In my view, Jerry Popovich would be a good choice in this scenario because her strategy and technological efficiency is more transparent and effective as compared to Davison.
