The team leader Michael has been doing a lot of work as a team leader on revitalizing this community and that he has a tacit knowledge of what it takes to do so. As a team leader, he need uses the people of the community to understand the need that affect the people who live there. Therefore, Michael employs the help of the community team to achieve his goals. Michael is in that accommodating space--he's accustomed to achieving great outcomes in the community through taking action and working with various people. He has great intuition when it comes to making decisions and finding solutions that have worked in this neighborhood. He wants to be able to share this knowledge, and share how all of the elements have come together in St Clair neighborhood and how all of the pieces are connected.

Mission and vision
St Clair Superior Development Corporation is a nonprofit independent organisation which is responsible for providing access to affordable, quality housing to their resident;provide services that is beneficial to their constituents, and attractive development to the community.
The mission of this organisation is to guide neighborhood transformation for residents and business in Cleveland community. The St Clair Superior Development Corporation help facilitate community involvement in neighborhood cleanup, community gardens and leadership development. SCSDC’s also assist community with small grants for community groups.
The housing services offered by the organisation include foreclosure prevention, code enforcement, housing rehabilitation programs, vacant property tracking, and housing development. They are also concerned with attracting new members in the neighborhoods.
SCSDC has partnered with local developers
Urban-Cycling is concerned with recycling is dedicated in breathing life into Cleveland’s. This can be done through a range of strategic programs, industrial, culture, social institutions, and revitalizing commercials. The organisation has revitalized art and culture of the community example by the use promoting year of dragon, which has featured 25 sculpture throughout the Cleveland neighborhood. SDSC has worked with communities such as the Slovenian community to promote culture. This was to jumpstart their first annual ClevelandKurentovanje. This even drew thousands of people and helped renewed energy and civic pride to the area.
It promoted youth programs that brought a great connection between the youth of the area and the SCSDC. SCSDC sponsors the neighboring youth leadership events that served over 600 youths and families each year.
The Membership of SCSDC
The SCSDC being one piece of a larger community effort to promote and guide community transformation, include anyone that wishes to work for the good of the neighborhood. This include all the stakeholders of the community, business, individuals, and any other interested party.
Project Initiation
Several projects have been initiated by this group. This include the retail ready, Asian Town Cleveland, Clever land Flake, The Code Enforcement partnership, St. Clair Superior Security Program,Loft Home and Urban Grazing Program Retail ready initiative is a retail strategy that was aimed at placing, new business in Cleveland to be placed into vacant storefronts, branding them, enhancing streetscape with outstanding streetscape. The project main sponsor were Charter One, Dominion and the Small Business Development Center, Cuyahoga Arts and Culture among other partners.
Asia Town Cleveland initiative continues to be a successful, branding, highly visible and marketing campaign which builds on the growing prowess of the Asian community around the neighborhood of Cleveland. SCSDC has propelled a multiphase Asia Town Principal Planning Process backed by Councilman Jeffrey Johnson.A Stage One Prevailing Conditions analysis was finalized in 2012 by Wanix Architects, and SCSDC is presently working on stage two of the strategy in union with various community investors in order to efficaciously grow and back up the community (ArtPlace America, 2013).
The Cleveland Flea jolted off in 2013 and continues to attract numerous number of tourists to the St Clair Superior neighborhood on the 2nd Saturday every month of the year. The Flea hosts antique findings, architectural pickups, delicious treats , handmade goods from area, food trucks, and simple training so that the visitors can have a feel and share the knowledge of the of the Cleveland such as new art, coffee roasting, urban chicken farming and more (City-data.com, 2013).
MyCom is an all-inclusive youth improvement initiative that expanses in the whole county. As an establishment MyCom neighborhood, St. Clair Superior Development Corporation associated with the Addison Branch Library, Goodrich-Gannett Neighborhood Center, Rainey Institute, Case Elementary, St. Martin de Porres High School, Cleveland PAL, and E-Prep Academy in association to develop a pipeline of services in the neighborhood. MyCom sponsors all SCSDC yearly youth events, congregations and activities (Cleveland & Wineburg, 2011).
SCSDC initiated The Code Enforcement Partnership which is a combined effort amid the City of Cleveland and neighborhood communal development establishments to deliberately target problem possessions in the locality by methodically going street by street and detecting code execution violations. Subsequently the program’s commencement in spring of 2011, SCSDC has managed to survey over 3,000 erections in the service area for healthiness and wellbeing code violations, encouraging almost 400 of the nastiest offenders to address the hitches while connecting low income homeowners andelderly to programs that ensures the safety of their homes. The SCSDC has managed to sits on the Code Enforcement Partnership Executive Board which is designed to help manage the logistics of the corporation (Agency, 2013).
St. Clair Superior Security Program is a corporation between SCSDC and Tenable Protective Services. In late 2010, SCSDC saw the importance to offer a private security opportunity to resident businesses in willpower to help progress the quality of life matters, and make the St. Clair most preferred area suited for doing business and deliver offer security presence throughout the night in the neighborhood. This program as beard fruits and individuals have testified of it after two years. The quality of life has shown positive increase during this period (Planning.city.cleveland.oh.us, 2013).
LoftHome is renovating homes that were subject to demolition into attractive, lofted leasing units. In conjunction withLoft Home Builders and the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, they have been able to pilot the project successfully. Because of the accomplishment of the pilot development, SCSDC is presently chasing a for-sale model for forthcoming development (Crainscleveland.com, 2013).
Urban Grazing Program is a corporation with Urban Shepherds employs the use of sheep to maintain urban lands. This effort is better than the traditional mowing because is more ecological friendly, and cuts a lot of costs. Due to its impact, the program has attracted attention all over the nation and the practice is being considered for in other cities lime Northern Ohio.
Conclusion
In conclusion, SCDC is concerned with guiding neighborhood and transforming resident of Cleveland and community as a whole. This is through services such as community involvement, housing services, housing development, commercial services, industrial programs, art and culture, and youth programs.
It has initiates project to improve the life style of these individual by making retail strategy as Retail Ready, Asia Town Cleveland, Cleveland flea, and Mycom. They have tried to improve the living standards by Cord Enforcement Partnership, St. Clair Superior Security Program, LoftHome, and Urban grazing Program that is ecological friendly.
