This is to inform you that in light of the applicability and ease of use of the PowerPoint application, we intend to use the program to create our team’s E-book Reader report. We plan to make our presentation as clear as possible so that our audience can understand the utility of the proposed E-book reader. Using a PowerPoint presentation will enable us to present all important information relevant to the topic in a clear and convenient manner.
Our suggested E-book reader has various features that make it highly useful, including portability, long battery life, flexibility, and ability to zoom on text, variety in sizes and design and access to thousands of books at the touch of a button or screen (Edmund 2).
We intend to include a wide range of information regarding our suggested E-book reader, including its various advantages and variations that suit specific user needs. A PowerPoint presentation will enable us to create guideline points and use them to elaborate the details to our audience. Listed below are the other advantages of using a PowerPoint presentation to create our E-reader report.
a) It is more professional than other methods of report presentation;
b) The audience can view the points, enhancing their understanding.
c) It is easier to make bullet points, vary the fonts of various sentences to create emphasis and enhancing understanding.
We will also use the program to include visual effects and images in the report, making it more engaging to the audience. Using other options such as an email has certain shortcomings, including challenges in including images and visual effects. We will use the program overcome these challenges and make our report engaging and easy to understand (Smith 2012).
The advantages of a PowerPoint coupled with the usefulness of our suggested E-book reader outweigh the demerits of the program such as the possibility of power failure, data loss and the challenge of ensuring the information is clear to the audience.
