Introduction
Organizational behavior is the general reaction of the people towards the changes taking place within the workplace the characteristics of an organization behavior is influence by the current state of the workplace and the different qualities of the employees. These characteristics are determined by the entire workforce, culture and other individuals’ variables. This includes the existing relationship between the workers satisfaction and the managerial style of the organization.
I see myself as someone with the following values: respectfulness, honesty, and truthfulness. I strive to use these all of the time because they are important. Without them, a person does not have respect and trust from the people he works with and this is very important to me.
Example or experience includes evidence:
The suitable example is performing the organizations duties and responsibility without any supervision and having access to all relevant documents and information of the organization. It clears shows the levels of trust I have earn in the workplace through my previous acts of honesty and respect to the authorities.

Perceptions
As I grew up I developed the ability to read people and situations, to measure my surroundings, and project trust towards others. In return I hope that I gain the trust of others I meet and work with. It also enhances my capacity to highly perform along my duties lines since I can cooperate or get along with colleges. I strongly believe in team work for success of an institution.

In the event where the management demands that an urgent task has to be submitted within a stipulated time I am able to identify the suitable measures to apply. It thus means that if necessary I have to involve other people in task without having to inconvenience anybody within the workplace.

Job Satisfaction
When I am job searching the things that are most important to me are a positive atmosphere, being happy with my employers and co-workers, dealing with the public and having a reasonable wage. This is because it gives room for high quality of service and motivation to strive achieving my set goal and objectives.

Working in a conducive environment with friendly staff and a good communication system would facilitate quick response from the management team hence promoting the morale of the worker

Motivation
The things that motivate me are positive feed-back from my boss and co-workers, as well as the clients/customers, and being able to learn something new from the job on an ongoing process. In addition, the job should provide a decent challenge to keep it from becoming boring and ordinary.

For example when a client gives a positive feedback of the organization the manger takes the initiative of appreciating the workforce by offering gift, retreats, promotions and other incentives.

Conclusion
In conclusion, Personal characteristics and behaviors in an organization is a collection of different attributes of the workers towards the state of the organization. The relationship between the organization management structure and the workers determines the characteristics of the organization. In other terms, different approaches are used to classify or identify the effects of the workers organization behavior. In corporation of tall the attribute builds a strong workforce and facilitates positive organization behavior.
