As the class teacher saddled with the multiple roles of teaching the students and seeing to it that they are well mannered and behaved, i would call both annamarie and the girl calling her names and teasing her. I would move to the scene, then prevent the two of them from engaging in physical combat, most especially restraining annamarie from attacking the person taunting her. I will then call them both to my desk, reprimand the person taunting annamaria and warn her not to do such again and also tell annamaria to report any form of abuse on her next time instead of taking laws into her hands.
2. Seeing James with a catalogue of weapons in class is bad, but James making no attempt at all to conceal it is worse. I would gently walk up to him, ask him where he got it, and seize it from him. Afterwards I would report him to higher authorities in the school with a view to punishing him and counselling him.
A T shirt with a Celtic cross surrounded by the words white world pride in class is unacceptable. The inscription smacks of racial discrimination and racist tendencies. Such a shirt will no doubt be provocative to a lot of people especially the non whites such as the blacks. I will simply call him and explain to him what the inscription on his shirt means and make him realise that such clothing is not acceptable. If he has another shirt that has no provocative inscription that he can wear in lieu of that, he would be allowed in the class, if not he would be sent back home to change and his parents would be contacted and it would be spelt out to them that such racially discriminatory shirts are not allowed.
I will invite her to a place where privacy can be enjoyed in the school premises then ask her questions and probe about what the matter might be as she could be psychologically or emotionally disturbed and also she could be suffering from pre menstrual symptoms which could accentuate the irritability.
