Weather prediction has never been 100 percent accurate. However, this does not mean that people should not rely on it. The scientists usually give a probability on whether their predictions will happen or not. The probabilities in most of the cases are below 0.6.
The question that is asked is whether the weather forecasters collect all the data to enable them predicting the weather. These scientists are able to collect over 10000 elements to enable them predict weather. They use sophisticated apparatus such as computers. They use satellites and balloons. They usually do this after every six hours. These elements are collected from all over the world. These elements appear to be too many even though it is well known by the scientists that some of the elements remain uncollected.
It will be noted that a certain element may change slightly, interact with the other elements causing weather and this may lead to change in weather conditions within a short period. Some of these elements that are not identified during the collection of the data used to predict weather conditions interact with the other elements in the atmosphere leading to a completely different weather conditions from what was predicted. Some elements in different regions may move from other regions after the weather conditions have been predicted. When the elements interact with other atmospheric elements in other regions, new weather conditions can be experienced within a short period,
Sometimes, the elements in a given region may change slightly after the weather conditions have been predicted. When they interact with other elements in the same element, the weather conditions change. From this, it will be learnt that weather conditions can change within a very short duration after the weather has been forecasted. It will be realized from this observation that the more weather forecasters predict the future weather conditions, the more errors they make in their predictions. This is because the chances of elements changing in the atmosphere in the future is high and therefore there are greater chances that the predicted weather conditions are likely to change with time.
