English is the universal language and is one of the most commonly spoken languages in the planet. Caucasians from the western part of the globe and Asians from the eastern end use the English language as their main medium of instruction or mode of communication. They use it in presenting lectures to the students at school, in doing business dealings with local and multinational entities, and in hosting a wide array of things. Spanish is one of the oldest languages in this planet. It has also been classified in speech and language studies as the most understood language in the western hemisphere, especially in the South American continent. My point here is that I have both access and command to the two most commonly spoken languages in the world. In light of these facts and ideas, I greatly consider my proficiency in using the English and the Spanish language as one of my best edges. Aside from the fact that I would not have to hire a translator should I be required to take Spanish or English-instructed classes, I would have a larger access to the market after I finally graduate as a lawyer, which I know is still a very long way from this point.
