First of all, the person should find the position on http://jobs.apple.com and send his or her CV via the website for consideration for that position, writing why he or she should work in the company.The other way is to have an acquaintance who is an Apple employee, and ask this person about vacancies and to be recommended by the person later.
If the CV is interesting, the hiring manager will contact the candidate, have a short talk and if everything is good, the candidate will be invited to the interview. During the interview, not only the hiring manager, but the team member will express their opinion on the candidate.
The hiring manager will make a decision and tell it to the HR. If the candidate has not passed the interview, he will be informed after the interview. If the person has passed, the hiring manager will work with HR to prepare an offer.
