Such programs include the following: health promotion, environmental health, behavioral health, and disease control and prevention among others (Arizona Department of Health Services, n.d.).
Health Care Need
In executing its mandate, the Arizona Department of Health Services faces many challenges. Sharing public health information is one of the areas facing many challenges. One of the main difficulties facing the organization is reduced funding. Consequently, the body’s capacity to employ adequate size of the staff has shrunk.
Evidence
This problem has been identified in the report published by Reid (n.d).
Implementation Plan
Addressing this would require various approaches that include the following: seeking for sponsors for specific projects, soliciting donations from business organizations, seeking for government grants, holding special fundraising events, and seeking for loan funding. These approaches would help raise the financing of the organization.
Evaluation Plan
The project would be evaluated on the basis of how the staff changes following the implementation of the approaches for raising funding. Besides, the efficiency of the implementation of the programs run by the organization would also be used as the basis for evaluating the program plan.
Communication and Management Plan
The findings of the evaluation would be communicated to the various stakeholders in different ways. In this case, the impact of the approaches would be assessed and communicated effectively.
