Every new and existing company when try to establish or enhancing their network, they will analyze different aspects accordingly, as analyze in the analytical provision of Zara. From the SWOT analysis of Zara, it is found that the level of strengths and opportunities are extremely high for Zara which are increasing the internal and external capabilities of the company to grow tremendously well in the market of the UK (Mintzberg, 1989). The company has to pay more attention to its current pricing and promotional strategy because there are numerous competitors are already captured the market of the UK in terms of retailing, and may be a fear for Zara in the future. In this way, the company can have effectiveness, if they will analyze their pricing strategy and place it accordingly. It is recommended to Zara that they have a bright chance to get effectiveness in the markets of the United Kingdom (UK), and the company hast to select the same place for their expansion.
The Implementation of 7Ps of Marketing
Strategic management is made up with two different standpoints known as strategic and management, and they are delivering best result for the companies (Mintzberg, 1994). 7Ps of marketing is also known as Marketing Mix, as it is a mixture of different corporate strategies for the companies. Usually new companies would use this particular matrix for their productivity, and it is also used by the existing companies which are wishing to enter in a new region and market, as likely by Zara which is trying to enter in the region of the UK. The 7Ps of marketing can be analyzed with the help of below mentioned picture, and it will be applied on the productivity of Zara (Mintzberg & Quinn, 1991)
All of these 7Ps are essential for the organizations to attain the effectiveness in the long run of the companies
Product
Products are extremely important and essential for the sake of an organization, and it is equally applied over each and every company. If the products of the company are highly effective and mobilize, then it will create effective difference in the productivity and level of efficacy (Simerson, 2011). The products of Zara are perfect in terms of quality and effectiveness, and it will be more than perfect while entering in the region of the UK, as the people of the UK are more trendy and fashionable as compared to Spanish people, and they always required quality products, and Zara has the chance to accomplish the same aspect

It is the only way from which the company can integrate effectiveness in the market with prosperity, and get the things in the right manner accordingly and effectively at the same time.
Process
Process is an important aspect from the standpoint of an entity; however it is more towards the manufacturing organizations rather than with the service oriented organization. Zara is not a manufacturing company, but they have the accolade to make and then launch a new product in the market in a matter of just two weeks, which is an effective sign for the company.
Physical Environment
The physical environment of Spain is great, and it will be even greater when the company will enter in the region of the UK. It will affect from both financial and non financial angle to the company, which is an effective sign for Zara in the future.
