Abstract
Throughout the known history of organizational development, the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of leadership has always been included in some of the most important discussions. There is an abundance of literature relating leadership to organizational outcomes and performance. The consensus, according to this literature, supports the notion that leadership is one of the most important indicators of organizational success.
