Introduction
Homelessness is a substantial and systemic problem, as it provides people with the fewest resources even less of a chance to better themselves and escape the cycle of poverty. Homeless youth, in particular, face particular problems, being offered substantially fewer chances to succeed compared to other youth of the same age who are not homeless.
