Abstract
The successful flight of an aircraft is often attributed to the finesse of its pilots as well as the dispatcher. It is a common practice in air crash investigations to put the blame of such a mishap on the shoulders of its pilots and the air traffic control unit. Most often, the other factors that are inclusive in any successful flight, is omitted.
