Founded in 1997 by the seven time Tour De France winner, Lance Armstrong, the Livestrong Foundation is a non-profit organization based in the United States that is dedicated to providing support for cancer victims. The organization was formerly known as the Lance Armstrong Foundation; however, the name was changed in 2012 as the Livestrong Foundation was launched.
