Abstract
With virtually everything going international, globalization has become an inevitable concept. Technology has reduced, and to some extent eliminated the miles between the nations across the world – a situation that has seen business among people and organization from various countries flourish. The shortening and elimination of the distances has seen a rapid growth in the number of multinational corporations in the last three decades.
