Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze the medical device salesforce software according to its strengths and weaknesses and to assess it as regards to both sales approach and organizational structure. The medical device salesforce has significant process inefficiencies and current salesforce issues include unstructured sales approaches and haphazard customer information management necessary to properly equip the sales team, all directly impacting efficiency and sales growth.
