The management in diversity is recognizing the individual differences and thereby encompassing the acceptance and respect. Organization considers each of its working individuals as unique and thereby respects their individuality. The individuals could differ on many fronts such as ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, age, physical abilities, socioeconomic status, religious beliefs, political views, gender, and other ideologies.
