Abstract
This research comprehensively examines the relationship between academic self-efficacy and perceived stress, and how the two concepts are of effect to the academic performance. A survey instrument was developed to measure the perceived stress and self-efficacy connected to the college related tasks. The study examined 182 students from the Campbelltown and Parramatta campuses of the University of Western Sydney that were involved in the study of the Organizational Behavior.
