Using data to drive customer experience was the topic of discussion during the master’s seminar I attended within the institution’s premises. The seminar was mainly concerned with the strategies that a business could use to increase the level of customer loyalty as a way of boosting the sales and revenues. During the seminar, the speaker was very precise on the importance of a business becoming more oriented towards building a long-lasting and effective customer value proposition.
