This study will be conducted in Marks and Spencer and B&Q Company in the United Kingdom aiming to explore the consequences of employing younger employees. Quantitative and Qualitative data will be collected through questionnaires as well as focus group interviews. Data analysis will be done through Descriptive statistics and content analysis.
