Abstract
This research paper was had one objective: to investigate the circumstances that saw the Kuwait Gulf Bank survive a financial crisis. Kuwait Gulf Bank is one of the largest financial institutions in Kuwait and, therefore, one of Kuwait’s major lenders. Before the financial crisis, the Bank had been very successful in its operations. It first became operational in 1961 after having been established in Fahad al-Sahem Street the previous year.
