Abstract
With the advent of technology, the level of invasion into the territory of our individual privacies has increased significantly. Fancy gadgets have crept into changing rooms, lockers, washrooms and in some cases public places to record the most intimate acts, which when revealed would embarrass any victim. In spite of the best efforts of the state legislators, the laws do not sufficiently address the core issues.
