Abstract
The current human capital task force constitutes of an increased number of female workers. What is notable is that as much as the female workers are playing a part in the development of their countries and their selves, certain conditions in the workplace seem to weigh a toll on their family lives. In this sense, fertility issues come into play, and it is often attributed to the erratic working conditions that female workers are subjected.
