Introduction
Leadership, whether it is medical, healthcare or nursing leadership, is all about having knowledge of how to make visions turn into reality. The vision, which various nurses have, is essentially the one where the patients are treated with respect and dignity at all the times; where work performed by them and other carers is respected and valued; and where the systems are actually designed for personal needs benefit.
