Aalborg Industry Vietnam has been marred by the problem of cultural adaptation for a long time. Conflicting cultures of the Danish workers and management and that of the Vietnamese workers and management often clashed, and to some extent, these clashes can be blamed for the poor performance of the company in the country in the initial years.
