INTRODUCTION
Racism has been dismissed as a vice of the past by many leaders; indeed some of them argue that the end of apartheid in South Africa marked the end of racism in this era of civilization. However, to any one who lives in a racially diverse community such as America, racism is not yet a vice of the past- it is still existent. It may not be well pronounced like was seen in South Africa or even during the Jewish Holocaust but it is still existent in our various social structures.
