In this paper, I am going to focus on the dynamic channel technology of TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access). It is named as the standard made by China, however, it holds only the 7% core patent technology and the rest is with other countries. TD-SCDMA is adopted by the ITU (International Telecommunications Union) as a 3G standard. It is not only a channel access method but also known commonly as the whole air interface specification.
