System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a process of scheduling, selecting/picking, and evaluating a healthcare information system (Agarwal & Mohan, 2011). According to Garmany, Walker and Clark (2005) these four stages have a number of tasks within each stage. Garmany et al. (2005) indicates that, in this stage, problems are identified and picked as opportunity for advancement.
