Advanced organization behaviour
Organizational behavior involves the study of human behavior in institutional settings. It forms an interface between the behavior of people within the organization and the organization itself (Locke, 2009). There are three levels of organization behavior. The first type is the micro level. This level involves individuals. Furthermore, it focuses on how the individuals interact with each other at the personal level.
