Introduction
International immigration is among the most talked about issues in international policies. As of 2005, the number of people crossing the international borders was estimated between 185 to 190 million (Pécoud & de Guchteneire, 2006). The mobilization of the global population creates an adverse effect on nearly all countries in the world.
