Remember, there is a distinction between the rating for the source and the rating for the information. The source reliable code is another way of stating how credible the source is based on its ability to acquire the information being provided and how the source has performed historically.
The rating for information accuracy is based on the level of certainty that it is a true fact. High source reliability does not provide full confirmation.
