My research topic will be ‘Comparing the periods 10 years before and 10 years after affirmative actions on the State of California on Higher education, Navy and California Labor and Workforce development Agency’. Affirmatives actions led to changes in the State of California structure, this includes Higher Education, Navy and California Labor and Workforce development Agency as compared to the periods before the affirmative action, 1950s.
