HUAORANI OF ECUADOR
The Huaorani are the indigenous natives from the Amazonian rain forest in Ecuador. They are also known as the waos or the Aucas. The Huaorani territory is from the Napa River moving to the Curaray River from the southern border. The people are about 1300 to 1500 that live in small numbers and in temporary settlements.
