The Tourism Satellite Account (TSA) is considered to be the main tool for the harmonization and reconciliation of both tourism supply and tourism demand within the general framework of the System of National Accounts. Despite TSA’s obvious advantages, its implementation brings many challenges, especially for such developing countries as Vietnam.
