Project Title:
Geotechnical and Structural Design for Composite Pile Description of the Problem: Composite piles are significant element of the structural design and stability of a number of constructions, including marine environments, bridges and more. As such their strength and durability is tantamount to both their longevity and the safety of the structures that they support. The following study will focus on geotechnical design as a means of increasing vertical and lateral load, through structural design, to improve the durability and weight bearing capacity of the design.
