In this paper, the author analyzes the case on the troubled alliance between Volkswagen and Suzuki, two of the biggest and most popular auto-makers in the respective regions that they cater. Suzuki is famous for their small, petite, and fuel efficient cars in Asia. Volkswagen, on the other hand, is famous for their powerful, elegant, and fuel efficient cars in Europe and the Americas.
