Abstract
Freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of association, freedom of assembly and petition are all part of this great nation’s democratic freedom of expression. Protected by the First Amendment, freedom of expression, as the Supreme Court has written, is the matrix of every other form of freedom. However, this freedom has been on many occasions misused, especially during times of national crisis.
