ABSTRACT
Abraham Maslow’s theory on holistic-dynamic theory was majorly meant to advance previous schools of thought that tried explaining behaviorism and psychoanalysis that he deemed as too constricted and subjective. His theory holds that people are continuously motivated by one need or another (Maslow, 1998). Maslow viewed man as both being and becoming, he saw that man had actual self and a potential self (Maslow, 1968).
