Introduction Discrimination implies judging individuals by their ability/disability statuses, race, gender, sexuality, age, and religion as opposed to their competence levels. People may apply for jobs where they are the best-qualified candidates. However, they could fail to get these jobs because of the HR’s discriminative practices.
